What is going on? I can’t get in. I tried to contact support and my password is refused. My authenticator app rejects your QR code. PLEASE HELP, I gave you my banking info.

i don’t get why there’s a need for an app like this? can’t see the sale’s detail. just a dashboard. Spreadshirt/spreadshop is such an excellent service they need to update to a better App. i will of course remove my 1 star

can’t even get it to open
I tried to log in & it went to an error screen - and now the error screen is the only thing that comes up when I open the app. It won’t even go back to the login screen!
App is kind of trash.
When I first started using this app things would update immediately when a sale was made. However now I get the email about the sale and nothing shows up within the app.
If I go to the online dashboard, same situation, I have an email showing a sale from today but nothing is showing up on the sales tab there either.

I was surprised to not see the option to add designs from the app. Can this please be added?
Doesn’t Update Fast Enough
I get emails immediately after making a sale but they take days to show up in Spread App and it’s really inconvenient.
Don’t bother.
Sales take a day or two to show up in the app, you’re better off using your web browser to check sales.

🧡The upgrade of the app has been great. Shows sales as they happen for me. I’m hoping for a notifications setting that will sound when a sale comes in, that would be fun! Like a “ka- Ching!” Sound. It’s fun to check in on my sales for the week and see earnings. Thanks Spreadshop! 🙌
Doesn’t Even Work
The app just keeps showing an “Oops, something went wrong” screen every time you launch it. I’ve tried the QR code, signing in, etc. and nothing fixes it.
Update: Apparently you can’t have any pending transactions when you attempt to sign in 🤷♀️
