What's New in Sprig
1.12.0
September 22, 2026
Sprig 1.12 — a dish a day, menus worth sharing, and cooking together. • Today's Recipe: Home opens with one dish chosen for the day — a holiday, a Taco Tuesday, the season — and a line on why it is today's. The rest of Home is calmer too: one real dish instead of a stack of cards. • Design and share a menu: the menu page is a builder now. Your dishes sit on the first screen and the card is one tap away in Preview. Star whichever dish you want noticed and give the star your own words. Save the card as a PDF, an image or a story — from a browser as well as your phone. • Cook together: add whoever is helping and Sprig writes the game plan for all of you, a lane each around the one oven. If they have Sprig, invite them in the app. If not, they still get their own page — and now every dish on it opens the full recipe. • Cook it again: a menu is not a night. Put a menu on any other day and its game plan comes with it, every time shifted to when you want to eat. • Plan, one meal at a time: open a day and each meal carries Dishes, Menu and Game plan. Your menus and game plans now live on the Plan page beside the calendar. • Recipe pages, rebuilt: a photo that stretches as you scroll, steps grouped into chapters, timers you start from the step itself, and a serving stepper that does the maths. • Widgets worth having: tick shopping items straight off your home screen, see the rest of the night in Tonight, and tap any day in This Week to open that day. • Sharing links, never copies: a menu you share points friends at your public recipes instead of handing out copies. • New: Sprig Chef's Table — everything in Pro, plus 150 AI photos a month. • Plus: Sprig hears you better in a noisy kitchen, works around the allergens you saved, and Back always goes somewhere.
