My kid can go to the shops without loosing her money and can just pay with her card or Apple Pay and it’s better because I can manage her allowance and pocket money also she can put money into her savings for her goals

Spriggy is a great app for kids, fully free, and amazing. It’s easy to log in, order, and set up. It came to my house so quick and my daughter was so excited to use it. The designs are so cute, my daughter picked the rainbow pastel one. spriggy is so easy to use, you can save money, set up goals, for example my daughter made a saving for car goal, you can invest, create jobs that you’re kid and earn money for doing, set up weekly pocket money, and see what you’re kid has spent their money on. You can even lock their card and use it over seas. Over all Spriggy is a great app and my daughter and I love it.

Update
The new update has overcomplicated what was a perfectly good and easy to navigate app. Even the kids are confused now.
Was a good app
I’ve noticed a few things slipping. I can only assume they are cost cutting. First they changed the app, it used to be that all jobs were paid as soon as approved - the new update broke this. Now you get a big bold button to approve the job and a smaller, less obvious one to pay it straight away. Don’t press the wrong button though because then you will have to go hunting for the pay day section. I’ve found it a couple of times and I still have trouble le remembering where it is. ANOTHER separate issue is that while all these transfers are internal we have gone back to the 1990s when you had to wait for the fund to clear. Transfers come up as “pending” for ages. I tried complaining and was told this sometimes happens - except it has been happening every time recently. Not sure why they aren’t acting on all the negative feedback they have been getting.

My kids and I cannot work out how to approve jobs other than on the other. Roll the update back, or give our subscription money back.

I loved Spriggy, before the update. The new version is hard to use, jobs are no longer paid straight away and when I do try to pay them out it’s putting in jobs for payment that I haven’t approved. Please go back to the old version… it didn’t need improving.
What has happened!
Always been a great app, now the kids and us can’t make heads or tails with the new update. Nothing works or matches, our family routines have ground to a halt, kinda gobsmacked.
Can’t pay out chores on payday
First of all the update sucks and then I have approved all the jobs. Have way more than required in the parent wallet but it’s failing to actually pay them. I have updated my phone, the app, deleted the app and all the tips they advise I then I messaged support with no reply. The app was great and worked great now I can’t pay them for their chores.

The recent update is absolutely terrible and confusing!! Bring back the old version !! Why can’t I pay out individual jobs in the moment. Why do my kids need to mark a job done? In progress? Wow, This update is just painful
Update is dreadful
The worst update ever! Please change it back to the previous format. The jobs my kids mark as completed are not showing on my app. I cannot go back over previous weeks to see what jobs I’ve missed to approve. The navigation is terrible. Not an easy app to use anymore.
Roll back your app update
I have been using Spriggy for years with my kids this new app update is awful, trying to even find jobs to approve is difficult you can’t approve jobs as you go have to wait to the next week begins, takes the quick incentive out of a one off job. Last week brings up this week. Even my kids hate the new app say it’s not as easy to find jobs and mark them off. I’ll be using up what is in there funds wise and then am

Good app. But what happened to the job approval process? Yes approving multiple jobs is useful, but this new layout is super hard to navigate
New version
The new version is terrible, go back to the old version where you can see what jobs have been completed in a logical way. Both my kid are frustrated with the new version, might as well go open an account with a bank, their app is far superior over the new version.
Jobs UX is dire
What on earth have you done, Spriggy? The app has never been faultless, but changing the jobs UX from two clicks to what feels like 200? Why? Why am I still paying for this ‘service’? As soon as this subscription period is over, I’m out.

Oh my, what have you done? Change it back to the old app asap. The new one is totally unusable. Who thought this was a good idea?
