New update is terrible
My kids and I cannot work out how to approve jobs other than on the other. Roll the update back, or give our subscription money back.
New Update is Terrible
I loved Spriggy, before the update. The new version is hard to use, jobs are no longer paid straight away and when I do try to pay them out it’s putting in jobs for payment that I haven’t approved. Please go back to the old version… it didn’t need improving.
What has happened!
Always been a great app, now the kids and us can’t make heads or tails with the new update. Nothing works or matches, our family routines have ground to a halt, kinda gobsmacked.
Can’t pay out chores on payday
First of all the update sucks and then I have approved all the jobs. Have way more than required in the parent wallet but it’s failing to actually pay them. I have updated my phone, the app, deleted the app and all the tips they advise I then I messaged support with no reply. The app was great and worked great now I can’t pay them for their chores.

Last update
The recent update is absolutely terrible and confusing!! Bring back the old version !! Why can’t I pay out individual jobs in the moment. Why do my kids need to mark a job done? In progress? Wow, This update is just painful
Update is dreadful
The worst update ever! Please change it back to the previous format. The jobs my kids mark as completed are not showing on my app. I cannot go back over previous weeks to see what jobs I’ve missed to approve. The navigation is terrible. Not an easy app to use anymore.
Roll back your app update
I have been using Spriggy for years with my kids this new app update is awful, trying to even find jobs to approve is difficult you can’t approve jobs as you go have to wait to the next week begins, takes the quick incentive out of a one off job. Last week brings up this week. Even my kids hate the new app say it’s not as easy to find jobs and mark them off. I’ll be using up what is in there funds wise and then am

Recent update
Good app. But what happened to the job approval process? Yes approving multiple jobs is useful, but this new layout is super hard to navigate
New version
The new version is terrible, go back to the old version where you can see what jobs have been completed in a logical way. Both my kid are frustrated with the new version, might as well go open an account with a bank, their app is far superior over the new version.
Jobs UX is dire
What on earth have you done, Spriggy? The app has never been faultless, but changing the jobs UX from two clicks to what feels like 200? Why? Why am I still paying for this ‘service’? As soon as this subscription period is over, I’m out.

Oh my, what have you done? Change it back to the old app asap. The new one is totally unusable. Who thought this was a good idea?
Horrible app
The new update which forces kids to wait until Friday to earn the money they’ve worked for throughout the week, and the layout is extremely confusing for parents as it was so simple before to send money instantly but now we have to do a bunch of other stuff and then wait for Friday. This concept is so stupid and is just a waste and of and ruins the point of the app. And the safety features like locking savings and goals just makes me kid feel insecure and not in control of my own money. Which just ruins the bond between parents and kids

Most recent update is making me want to walk away
The most recent updates have complicated the experience significantly. I can’t pay out missed chores. Changing to last week shows this week. The payday is very annoying and hard to find.
Jobs have reset to be on specific days when they were set to any day of the week.

Useless now
Sorry to say the update has rendered the app useless. As a parent it’s not clear what done what’s not done and kids are annoyed they don’t get their chore money straight away.
I may as well go back to sticking coins on the fridge when they do a chore.
Won’t be using it again until it’s updated.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE
The app is unusable. I can’t get to previous weeks as a parent or child. If the wrong day gets approved, I can’t unselect it. The app can’t be used for its purpose. You should be able to navigate between weeks. See what is approved and not. You can’t do that now.
Can’t pay kids jobs
What a disaster of an update. Now my kids can’t log jobs and I can’t pay them. It’s frustrating for everyone. Spriggy was never that great, but now it is completely dysfunctional
New jobs experience is horribly complicated
Previously the jobs were easy to log, complete, etc. now it seems as complicated as a payroll system for a medium sized business… horrible. Jobs was the main reason I used spriggy too.
The update is unworkable
Spriggy has been fantastic for my kids, but this update renders it unworkable. Kids can’t log jobs, I can’t pay them. We will give it a few days to be fixed or else we will leave the platform. A shame as it has been so great up to now.
Terrible since recent update
The most recent update has ruined the user experience. You can no longer pay your child for jobs completed on past weeks. My child submitted for last week and I can’t confirm it. This is extremely frustrating and defeats the point of the feature. If it’s not rectified I will be cancelling my account

Spriggy card
Apart from the app going blank too many times for my liking and also having difficulty occasionally uploading from my bank account to the card with a message saying insufficient funds when there are plenty there, card works well and my son hasn’t complained about any glitches when using the card.
