Thanks again for the honest feedback. The rare-catch cap exists because each Sprin is limited, and we’re trying to stop bots and scammers from vacuuming up the rarest ones. We’re just two indie devs trying to keep collecting fair for real players. If the cap is affecting your normal play, we can remove it from your account—please reach us in Discord from the app/support page (fastest) or at hello@sprinworld.com. If removing it solves this and we’ve earned it, please consider updating your review to five stars. It would make a huge difference for our tiny team.

Please hop into Discord from the app/support page and tell us your device and what happened when battle failed; we’ll do everything we can to help quickly. If the latest fixes get you battling again and we earn it, updating to five stars would mean a lot.
