Will there be an update for SF 23?
Second show I’ve tried to use never works
Downloaded the spring fair version in feb spent 2hrs loading all my suppliers for the app to lock up and crash so on the day of the show all info lost. Just downloaded the Autumn which is worse won’t open just getting error notices.
No badge id
***Follow up…I think you need to make it clear to download the app using the link in the email and not straight from the App Store, which is what I did originally. When I deleted the app and then downloaded it again using the email link, I then had an immediate email confirming log in details for the app.
Would love to log in but it says I need a badge ID which wasn’t in the email I received after I’d registered🤷🏻♀️I’ve requested a reminder but the email hasn’t come through. Have also checked my downloaded badge and there’s no ID number on there either, only a QR code that isn’t recognisable on my phone. Shame as it looks like it would have been good for my visit!

Won’t open
Trying to use at the Spring Fair 2022 and it crashes the minute you open and just closes!
