Streamline Your Nanny Search with Structured Safety Vetting Welcoming a new caregiver into your home is one of the most critical decisions a parent can make. Spring Nanny replaces the anxiety and clutter of hiring with a clear, step-by-step roadmap designed to guide you through candidate discovery, vetting, and daily management. By using an interactive Readiness Score, you can visually track your hiring progress alongside essential document checkpoints—including passport verifications, work authorization, CPR certifications, and health screenings—ensuring complete peace of mind before your nanny begins their first shift. Master Trial Days, House Memos, and Emergency Rules Navigating trial periods and establishing clear home boundaries requires structure. Spring Nanny breaks down onboarding into phased Trial Day Strategies, helping you evaluate real-time chemistry and spot potential danger signs during initial play sessions and transitions. Through the integrated House Memo Builder, you can compile customized house rules covering emergency protocols, forbidden foods, bedtime rituals, and daily routines into a single shareable hub. When unexpected situations arise, practical step-by-step guides like "What To Do If Nanny Is Late" provide immediate, calm contingency plans. Track Daily Care, Calculate Payroll, and Consult Spring AI Once care begins, the app serves as your real-time command center for active shifts. The Day Feed allows caregivers to log child mood patterns, sleep windows, meals, and outdoor activities at a glance. To prevent payment friction, the built-in Finance Calculator automatically computes base pay, custom overtime multipliers, holiday rates, and transport stipends.
