Jisne bhi new wali app ko design kiya h ksm se bohat ghatiya kiya hai pagal ho kya jo tasting hum par kar rahe ho direct Rajveer sir bolte h wese mangte ho kya itne pese kamate ho thode toh ₹ laga sakte ho na app par bhi ek toh aawaj nhi aa rahi h bilkul bhi sahi se dusra baar baar net nhi pakadta jio airtel dono sim use karta hu sabse try kar liya bich m kabhi na kabhi toh class m net nhi pakadta hai or app crash ho jaata hai wapis se login karna padta hai isko jaldi se jaldi thik karo or makta panti band kar do aage se nhi hona chaiye experiment karne k liye hum hi mile huwe hai kya purane waale m aawaj toh sahi aati thi isme ese aati h jese sir ka speaker fat gya ho

Quality and features
Features ,quality and the style of teaching is really excellent
New update is too buggy and ruined my device battery and performance
3_4 days ago you released new updates which had many problems:-
1) too laggy and buggy performance after updating whenever I open the springboard app it is take longer time than usual previous update 😤
2) during lectures classes it has no 10x upward and backward option
3) it is no volume control option during lecture 🥶
4) it is consuming more and more battery than previously 1 hour approximately lecture take my iPads 20% battery which more than previous versions which take only 7-8%.😥
5) new version reduce my iPads performance 😢
Pls solve these problems I have face on daily basis.🙏🙏🙏

Worst Experience-Unable to Login
I am not able to login to account. Whenever I login and enter the OTP error comes up - “User registered with another device.”
My iPhone is the only device that I used to login to the springboard app and also I am currently not logged in with any other device. Still facing this issue from last 1 month. I never had any issue with any educational app in my life but this is my worst experience with the springboard app. Unexpected from such a reputed institution that they can’t properly maintain their own app.

RAS Course purchased
I m working in Gujarat I purchased ras pre+mains course some few day are course are play again course are deactivated spring board academy are scam and don’t buy course and they tell on phone your course is expired while my course only 7 day play
Bug related issues
Very very very bad feedback from application it has lot of issues . If any call come during the online class then classe is totally crashed and after logging out and again login then probelm solved 😒
Download option not working in iPad
In this app you are not able to download classes in iPad there is a option but that’s not working while you click on it. very good facilities and best teaching staffs
Content and Lectures best but bugs in pdf downloading .
No issue in content and lectures, only facing difficulties in downloading pdf file.

Dear Sir, the problem which was there in PDF file has been solved in the new update of the application, if you still have the same problem then please re-install the application once, the issue will be solved.

Dear Sir, There will be no option to download classes in iOS, you will have to watch classes online only.
Such a worst app ever
I gave the live test from my iPhone ..I tried 3 times but whenever I reached around 60 to 70th questions it automatically closed down and I have to start it from again..my precious time around 4 to 5 hours is just wasted just because of this worst app..please improve it to handle ios device or whatever

Speed option removed
In updated version the speed of lecture option is removed.. but why? I think it’s very useful for working professionals who have scarcity of time like me. It was very useful for me . Please resolve this issue
Bugs
App is not logging in . It always chows that first detach old device as i logged in from ipad and logged out from my mobile but still cantaccess my account on both platforms
About the app
Its a relive to have the app on iOS but the app needs some bug fixes like,1) if quality of video is increases the app will freezes ,2) the timeline bar again again moving continuously e.t.c also there is no option to download videos and it also needs some minor bug fixes otherwise the app is very good

Very poor performance lot of problems it’s not fine team to work hard and get slove many problems / this idea is very wrong only one device login a person to login another that why do so other apps this good only login one time one device good

Its still have a bug in which it’s not hiding runtime,setting button and previous button while playing lectures but anyway app is great it’s providing quality option now and for new update i would like to have resume option

Downloaded pdf must be save in phone files not only on the app for sba students
Login Password issue
When i enter my password its have 13 letters but in your app i can only enter 10 letters. Solve this immediately

First time i had very bad experience with it but after the update it is just amazing and working properly but sometime it hang up that should be improve overall it is good SBA staff are just god of all subjects ✌🏻
