Auto Clock Out no longer factors in breaks. The auto clock out by GPS now does not take into account breaks i.e. if an employee starts a break and leaves the geofence of the worksite, they are not automatically clocked out. Employees should end their break once they are back at the Worksite to ensure they stay clocked in. Employees will receive a warning push notification if they are leaving the geofence and are not on a break. The push notification will recommend to the employee to start a break or they will be clocked out. Easier Mobile Navigation There is an updated mobile navigation that includes a bottom navigation bar throughout the app. With this update, mobile users can easily access the following from any page: Dashboard (including their shift for today) Jobs Schedule Payroll More Displays other modules in the mobile app. Opportunities Module in the mobile app There is now an Opportunities module in the mobile app to see how many Springboard worksites are within a 25-mile and 50-mile radius. This is available to all mobile users to help showcase opportunities in their area and entice users to apply.
