It never works when you need it to!!

The app is very unreliable and never works when you need it to. The number of times I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall just to get it to open is ridiculous!

Awful platform

It’s a very bad system as it can not cope with volume of people accessing it. It crashes as soon as there is a notice posted by the school and parents try to access it. Dreadful!!

Needs lots of work

For an app that is supposed to deliver critical school information, it’s a total failure. The app quite often will not open and crashes when it eventually does. If you’re the tech lead for a school and are looking into this as means of communication then avoid it, look elsewhere and just use emails!
The potential is great, but currently it’s not even pre-beta.

The app doesn’t even load up. Schools shouldn’t use this. The interface is pretty poor as well it’s hard to navigate through
