Extremely slow
App is extremely slow. I have to delete and reopen it every single week, sometimes many times per week. An observation that should take 30 seconds ends up taking 15 minutes.
Extremely slow and crashes often
I am required to use this app for work, to fill out simple observations. It’s easy 10-30 question online forms — which makes it just the more baffling that this app is so incredibly slow and unstable, to the point that it crashes multiple times on the same observation. This is not only slowing me down immensely, it also makes me not want to use the app, which in turn makes me miss out on important workplace observations. Very disappointing.

Extremely slow
If you do up to 10 observations a day, the app immediately starts to slow down and you have to delete, reinstall, and re-login. Furthermore, it’s constantly logging you out so you have to login all the time every day. Really not ideal.

I have to use this for my work and the fact that it requires us to use our personal photo is really a privacy issue. Furthermore, once you do 7 to 10 observations, the app starts to run extremely slow. You have to delete the app and reinstall every single time. This is a huge inconvenience and waste of time.

My name is Mario Lafleur Jr and I work for Delta Airlines. 1 star to this app as it requires Springshot to access your camera AND all your photos. Now, why in the world would this app require me to access all my photos?! I was skeptical about it accessing my location though was even willing to do that, but why would you need access to not only all of my photos but my camera too. Why stop at all photos and camera, you might as well have access to my debit card and website passwords; just take the whole phone while you’re at it. This is a hard pass for me guys, I’m going to go ahead and grab my cut sheet and do things the old fashioned way. Hope this ONE STAR review helps the Springshot team going forward. I put my name and employer since y’all require so much info about me to use your app anyway.

Why in the world do you need access to ALL MY PHOTOS?? I don’t have anything to hide but you don’t have the right to see all my pictures that have NOTHING to do with work.

Das eine App einen gewissen Zugriff auf Daten anfragt ist doch völlig normal. Ich finde die App klasse.

Dauer Zugriff
Man wird gezwungen Standort und Foto Zugriff zu erteilen! Ansonsten kann man die App nicht nutzen.
