Unfair
Not getting paid on time because of this app. UI is bad and there’s not enough conditional statement.
Clock out should be automatic if you got in within the day not getting a salary just because you forgot to clockout is definitely unfair and a hassle if you’ll ask for a certificate of attendance just because of that.

Still having issues clocking in
No button to clock in/out then when setting clockin does not work also because of the gps issue still not fixed

Very helpful when it comes to payroll and tracking 201 or employee records. Also, payslips and logs are easily accessible.
A bit of improvement.
I previously rate this one star due to untimely updates. But now, I think they might have fixed it already. Just keeping eye on whether I'll experience it again.

My experience with Sprout’s app has been great! The app is very responsive and has the functions we needed for payroll. The addition of Sidekick was a huge help too when it comes to automating tasks.

Useful and simple to use but…
Lack of warning when maintenance occurs and the saved passwords not actually working. The always online requirement is unfortunately a bit of a downside for externally assigned employees. Okay for those with constant wifi or internet.

App is always down or auto-logs out. Poor customer service too. App frequently updates, which is a hassle, but no improvement at all.
App keeps crashing
The app either fails to load when I open it or it loads and crashes right away. It happens consistently and makes it difficult to use. Hoping the developers can fix this soon.

Honestly great interface but why is it always not working? It’s so frustrating because I’d always have to file a COA because there is always a system issue.
Loading forever
app won’t open it’s just loading. I already uninstalled installed again still the same nothing happened.
Log in Domain
I kept on being prompted to login to sprout hr domain every time I logged out. This beats the purpose of enabling biometric for login. I hope when this gets developed, it automatically saves the domain then we can be directed to login page.
Clock in/ Clock out
Please, implement the Clock in/ Clock out feature just like in the web browser.
Full of bugs
Would have been 5 stars if there are no consistent server errors that prompts you to log in again and manually put in the address and all of that. Bug not fixed even if it updates every time.
VERY CONVENIENT
I can clock in and out from work with zero hassle. No need to request my payslip, I can access it through SproutHR! I love it!
SYSTEM ISSUE
In one week, I encounter system errors about 3-4 times. When I log in/out, the app (and website) does not capture it so I tend to try again, thinking it’s because of my internet. After 4 attempts, it gets successful but my previous logs are recorded as well.
