Spuddy: Movement Breaks

Want to scroll? Take a stroll. Spuddy helps you break up long stretches of sitting with small movement breaks. Choose distracting apps, set a step goal, and decide how often to check in. Miss your goal, and those apps pause until you walk the remaining steps. A LITTLE MOVEMENT, THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY Working, studying, or settling into another scroll? Give yourself a reason to get up. Spuddy counts steps automatically while you carry your iPhone, so there’s nothing to log. HOW IT WORKS • Choose the apps you want Spuddy to pause. • Pick a step goal and check-in interval. • Move during the interval to keep your apps available. • If you miss the goal, walk the remaining steps to unlock them. For example, choose 250 steps every 60 minutes. Walked 180 steps? Your selected apps pause until you take the remaining 70 steps. Reach 250 before the check-in, and your apps stay available. MEET SPUD Your little potato companion shows how your check-in is going - from springy and on track to droopy and ready for a walk. See your remaining steps and celebrate getting back on track. MAKE ROOM FOR MOVEMENT • Automatic step counting with your iPhone • App blocking tied to your movement goal • Optional movement notifications • Widgets and Live Activities for a glance at your progress • A daily recap of your check-ins • Pause controls for changes in your routine START SIMPLY Start with step goals and app blocking for free. No account required. No ads. Your movement history and app selections stay on your device. Spud Pro adds custom step goals and intervals, multiple schedules, higher app and website limits, stricter blocking options, and weekly recaps.
