Bad update—since the app update it is essentially nonfunctional. Since having a card is the only reason I use this laundromat, I’ll be finding another.

the comments with the bad reviews here are pretty old. i guess they made a lot of improvements since then bc i find the app very useful and easy to use. pretty cool actually!
Can’t add credit card
I see potential here. But really you want the code to my debit card? Nah. I don’t think so. Initial login is so not normal. What are you guys doing with this app? Makes me sad. Charleston, WV needs up to date innovation. And we can’t even track the few washers and dryers in the area because your app is being used at two of the area’s newest laundry locations. 😢

There’s no way possible to “watch” your washer, dryer or anything else. It requires a login code and password, except there’s no way to get a login code. This login code for SpyderWATCH (so you can see when your wash or dry will be done or see if there are any open/available machines) is not the same as the login for the app, it’s a completely separate and different login.
Emailed the developer several times to find out how exactly to get a login code/password and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Crap developer=crap app. You don’t need the app to load your card, you can do that without it, you don’t even need the stupid card, you can use any bank or credit card directly at the washer or dryer. This app is useless and unnecessary. I’ve spent more time writing this review than the developer spent creating this pointless app.

Impossible to register
I can’t even register. There is a cryptic error message, but no explanation of what is wrong
App servers offline regularly
Constantly get “offline try again later” messages when I’m trying to load wet laundry into a dryer. Absolutely abysmal app and system.

Fix your app
It is failing to load. Not convenient when you are trying to wash clothes and load before you go.
Potential is there
The apps has some nice features like transaction history and it’s nice to be able to see the status of my apartments washers and dryers. What the app desperately needs is the ability so save that location login information. I find myself having to re-enter this totally random login info when it’s not confidential and it also isn’t going to change. Would be nice to set a home location(s).
