NO UPDATES!!!!!!
The pictures aren’t keeping up with the iPhones of today. It’s been over 4 years since the developers updated this app. Their other app SpyVid has quit working altogether under iOS9 and due to lack of support and updates I give them 1 star as there is no option for zero stars. They should remove these apps from the store if they do not intend on keeping them up!

Cannot use Addon PhotoVault
Please update. I cannot use PhotoVault after purchased it. The app frozen when I click on the View PhotoVault.
Can app be updated for higher quality pics? And fix camera bug?
Update: This app is no longer working for me at all since the latest IOS 8 update. :(
I really do enjoy this app a lot. It can be a bit slow to load, but the functionality of it is way better than I found anywhere else. But since it's last update in 2011, quality of pics has gone up, so it'd be nice if it could be applied to this app.
Also, there seems to be a slight bug where the app defaults to the front camera, when I want it to be the back camera. I think an update would fix this. Can we get one?

Once it was great, but needs an update.
This app WAS fantastic… But it needs some serious updating, as technology has zipped along for the last three years and it hasn't kept up. It's about four versions behind in iOS compatibility, and it looks terrible on an iPhone 6. I'd be thrilled to give it a couple more stars if the updates can bring improvement. (And I agree with the reviewer who talked about his frustration with it randomly toggling between front and back cameras when you open the app...too many secret photos taken of my own face and hand!)

Crapshoot as to which camera used
I am constantly having an issue where the rear facing camera ends up selected, regardless of my selection in the settings. I do not need to secretly take pictures of MYSELF! Please fix, or add a setting to completely disable the rear facing camera. When the right camera manages to be used, the app works pretty well.

Was pure awesomeness. Not anymore.
None of the in-app purchases work in ios6. The web browser shows up but there's no keyboard so you can't actually browse anything. (Same problems for SpyVid too).
The vault suffers from same problem. NO KEYBOARD. So you can't actually input a PIN, thereby rendering the app completely useless, literally. You will have to delete it and redownload it because there's no way out of the 4 digit PIN screen.
This is what happens when you don't update an app for 2 years.
Other than those two things the app has a lot of potential. Sooooo....anybody listening....??? Probably not.

Camera roll problem
Save pic to camera. >setting>privacy>photos>(turn on)
Great! BUT it needs a new update
This app works amazingly ive used it so much have over 200 pictures but now it crashes whenever I go to look at my pics also a new icon would be helpful but i just hide the app in my utilities folder

This app has some glitches and crashes a lot but still gets the job done when you need to get all camera ninja!
Good but needs more
App takes decent pics in lots of light, but needs to be able to take low light pics. As many said here it needs a more discreet icon. Has a lot of focus problems. I have taken many good pics..
Web browser issue
When it first load the program with web browser, the camera loading bar will turn into actual camera preview so other people will notice you are not browsing but try to capture something. Going into settings and back out will fix the issue. Please fix that this app will be 5 stars!
Good but not perfect
I have other spy cam apps and this one is pretty user friendly. Its easy that I can touch anywhere in the background to take a secret pic and it's easy to touch the setting button. However, it won't let you to customize your own pic on the back screen. I don't like the ebook or calculator or other backgrounds... Please also add the fake call phone interface or SMS interface as the background. thanks!

Awesome.
This is great when I'm trying to covertly trying to take pictures of people I'm people watching or catching some funny moments at the store. I've also used it to take pictures of documents people don't want pictures of but thought I was just writing a note. Gotta get it.
I LOVE THIS APP
This is by far my favorite app on my phone. I used to try to take random pics of people/funny situations but I was always scared that I'd get caught. Now that I have this app I find myself taking pics all the time. I am not the only one who enjoys it either, my coworkers and take pictures of unsuspecting shoppers (I work in retail) when they do dumb stuff and laugh about it later. Posting to twitter is easy and I love the new full alibi screen. Thanks for making my day go by faster :-)

Super Cool (love the updates)
Works like a charm, came in handy to snap a picture of a roach at a fancy restaurant (for the yelp review) without causing a scene. App is also constantly updated with new features.
Feeling pretty stealthy

Great app for taking secretive pictures, but the photo vault has a few crash bugs, you should try to fix that so you can easily scroll through and delete without crashing, but other than that it's great!!!
Overall pretty good
Overall I really like this app. One thing that I noticed though; it seems that custom alibi pictures are imported at a lower resolution, making them pixelated. If that could be fixed, I'd give this app five stars. :)
The NOW Spyware
This is a wonderful app, I feel devilish to have it, especially the way I use it! SpyPic is the best spy picture app I have ever used. I've tried others and compared.
SpySnapshot- SpySnapshot works but not nearly as well as SpyPic. SpySnapshot looks as if you were looking up funny jokes on the Internet. There is an ad. The buttons for taking the snapshot are on the bottom. They say "Take P" for take picture, and "Take V" for video. It does have Both features on it though.
When you press either button, it takes about 4-5 seconds to process, and then it takes the picture/video. Which is not efficient at all!
You can not use the front camera.
You don't know when the picture is being taken so you look suspicious to someone who would see you. ( you would have to hold in place for a long time.) (or the picture is blurry because you could move when it is taken because you don't know when it is taken..)
It makes the picture taking noise if you have sound on.
Can not browse Internet
Can not store photos in the app Photo Vault. ( gotta love the PV )
So therefore, SpyPic is the top dog in taking pictures without people knowing.

The new v1.2 update has problems
Update: I updated the app to the new v1.2 and to my disappointment, I found that the "Vault" feature it's not part of the upgrade, you need to PAY extra for it. That's not disclosed in the description list, and I feel it's not a cool way to deal with customers. Now the app is free, so those who DL it can pay the extra cost for the vault without incurring in any additional charges. But I paid for the app, and I feel that paying extra for an updated feature is not right.
In addition, the update deleted ALL my alibis, that after a lot of hard work, I had put together in the proper sequence to make the video recording as stealth as possible. Now I have to start all over again. Very aggravating.
Because of the above, I took away three stars from my previous review, and went back to the previous version until the developer fixes the problem, and makes the vault a free addition of the paid app.
Also, since my last review, I've found another way to move my spy pics to another app, and have them pw locked in it. So I really don't need the Vault feature that bad.
I won't update this app ever again. Can't trust the developer.
