What a mess
The newest update is a complete mess. Just adding an additional screen doesn’t make it better it makes it cluttered. If you haven’t updated DON’T!
New update
Everything was well placed before the update. We’re is the battery percentage. I don’t have time to do extra steps when you have misquotes trying to get me. Layout is too long to scroll when you have several cameras.

Dans IOS les boutons ”meteo” et ”aide” ne fonctionne plus, de plus, l’interface du tableau de chaque camera etait tres bien avant, on voyait tout de suite le pourcentage de batterie!!! Maintenant on ne voit que ”elevé” ou “faible”…. Mais faible comment??? Ca me dit pas combien de temps il me reste pour aller faire recharger ma batterie!!!! Le pourcentage est tres important!!! De plus, il faut maintenant entrer dans les options de camera pour voir l’etat de la camera, avant on le voyait directement, il n’y a rien de plus, sinon qu’une navigation plus lourde et moins de precision!!! Moi je retourne a l’ancienne versionsi cela est possible!!! Tout etait parfait avant!!!

New 7/23/26 app sux
Why did Spypoint change their app? Don’t give me the 7646 number to call as I have already spoken to them and they have been unhelpful. They changed the format of the app without even having to update it manually. All the Font size is now super difficult to read, and they changed the battery meter. Battery meter no longer shows a percentage rather it shows a five bar system. I’ve been doing extensive testing with my voltmeter and how it compares to the five meter. Using AA alkaline my flex M series camera are showing medium level battery with three bars and a nominal voltage of 10.62 V, which equals to 1.32v per cell. On the flex M in the system settings, you can only choose between aa lithiums as the power source or auto. My camera is set for Auto. There is now way that 10.66 v could be medium battery left. I’m giving this app review a one star but I would give it zero if possible. I can’t believe you didn’t do a beta test first for rolling this out.

Cannot make purchases within the app
Unproductive and frustrating to have to login into a browser to make any purchases! This should be done in the app.

What happened to battery percentages and signal strength percentages????? Seriously this layout is better??? Definitely worse than before.
Useless Subscriptions
False alarms galore ruins the app and the cameras. Totally useless hundreds of photos of absolutely nothing. Returning the dozen cameras I purchased, thankfully from Costco. Do Not Buy!
Does not notify on Coyote Detect
On image species detect it does not notify on coyote, but does with other species. Yes, the app is aet correctly. Hasn’t ever. It’s been months of bringing it to their attention.

App is getting worse and worse
Ever since the last update I cannot pull up my gallery. Just an empty black screen. I have to force quit. Log out. Log back in and it works maybe 50% of the time. I’ve spent thousands on cameras and plans. It’s not worth it. I’m switching over as soon as I can.
App always has glitches
They virtually never get there app running right. Always has bugs, I’ve been using SPYPOINT for 6+ years and run over 100 cameras. Trust me I’m smarter than they are with knowledge about there products and app. You would think they would eventually get it right but….
I can’t even renew my subscriptions, it’s crazy
This is actually pretty wild. I have 2 SpyPoint trail cams and 2 premium subscriptions for the past year. The apps and cams are great, but my credit card expired. I can’t renew my plans via the app or update my card. It tells me to go to the website. On the website it says it’s under construction and to use the app.
Within the app, the support section lists hours to get a hold of support but NO email or phone number is listed. How am I supposed to pay you guys? My plans expired and I can’t renew. It’s wild.

Probably the worst trail camera product on the market
I bought the camera for 179 dollars. I bought a basic plan. I upgrade to unlimited plan. (Additional 120 dol) and STILL have to pay for downloading videos because preview photos are useless. And I just want to watch my backyard wildlife not even a hunter jeez

So I’ve had this camera for 2 years now. It is a constant disappointment, very rarely sends me photos when I ask for them. I have the high dollar plan with cellular. Customer service is more of a placebo and doesn’t really do anything.

Ever since the new update I receive multiple pics of the same thing so most of the time I’m on the app I’m deleting pics
SPYPOINT App
I have had this app for several years with no problems. All of a sudden it will not show the battery percentage. It just shows N/A on all 3 cameras. Unacceptable. Please let me know if there is a fix for this!

Cameras cannot update and I have N/A on how much battery I have. They are not sending pictures.
