I’m sick of the avalanche of spam. The app is becoming unusable.
Discussion forums gone
Can’t access the discussion forums for the local areas any more. This was the best thing about the website that set it apart from other apps and sites, especially as (perhaps understandably) very few people seem to have any pics on here. Any chance this could be fixed?
Can you catch up from so far behind?
I’m so glad the website migrated off of its old front end, but I’m still mourning the loss of the good search features. This app adds nothing to the regressive experience of the web redesign. I can’t easily locate people into my body type, those with certain like interests, etc. on top of that, I can’t see most profile pics. I get the rules but other apps (Reddit maybe being the most popular example in the App Store, but including direct competitors to SQD) are able to handle this by offering a method to allow imagery via a toggle on the website.
As a long-time paying customer, the website remained a favorite because I could locate people I was interested in. With that gone, with little sign of positive reactivity to feedback or even asking long term users (I created my account 25 years ago!) I’m not sure I can continue to keep my subscription active.
If the app can quickly regrow all the great search, locate, and discussion features it lost in the redesign I’ll happily keep paying. Otherwise it’s time to put this one out to pasture.

Terrible
Pictures don’t load in grid, poor layout, hard to find profile picture settings. Take a while to get anywhere.
Love it!
I know the app is still in its early stages but I really like it so far! The interface is smooth and the filters work great! Hope to see a map feature soon
Can’t get in,
I’ve logged in. I’ve downloaded the app and it’s saying that my information is incorrect. I have saved it and changed my password numerous times. Now when I hit the change password in the email that sent it takes me to their advertising page, which has no place to enter any information. You end up going in circles.

Just .. terrible
When will you people realise that crippling the features of free accounts also negatively impacts paid users and makes it harder for them to meet guys on here? No wonder everybody’s moving to the competing apps.

You can’t login, activation code doesn’t work. The site is the same. Who’s the IT person? They need to be replaced

Terrible app.
This app should never have been released. There are so many bugs. It doesn’t refresh in a timely manner. Selecting between messages and people online have to select the button multiple times. Lists from viewed by to online or buddies don’t refresh showing what you’re supposed to see. It freezes all the time.

Missing lots of Features Still
Hope the website features get added… like all of it. The app feels light years behind other apps like grindr and yet the web version is 10X better than all other apps combined! I know the app is still in its early stages soooo I’m hoping to see features get added little by little in the upcoming updates! Maybe start with allowing NSFW pictures. If grindr and scruff can, why can’t squirt?

Pointless
Utterly pointless and an absolute waste of time.

Pretty useless as a replacement for the website. Most profile pictures don’t show. Definitely not ready for prime time.
Don’t use
Seems heavily linked with my personal details being stolen. Every time I use this app I get logins on all my personal accounts ie Amazon . iCloud , Spotify, all around the world. Belgium. Germany. Liverpool. New York. If I don’t use the app it doesn’t happen
Not Happy
I thought I’d try a different app, the initial set up was easy. However now it’s locked me out over verifying my age and I can’t log in or when I try to come to the app

This app is so clunky the chat feature hardly ever works and it's missing so much that the site offers just don't bother, maybe they'll get it right in time but for now it's a waste of time using it
