Less app, more website

This feels less like an app and more like a shortcut to a website. On Iphone I need to log in each time and the website does not remember my log in details although I tick the remember me option… An app would be great, especially if it included a download function so that you could use it on the go when there is no connection (e.g. London tube). UPDATE, now the log in does not work at all. Once I input my username and password the log in button will not respond…

Why isn’t faceID enabled?

It’s very useful to have an app for this, however having to log in every time as if you’re in a browser is ridiculous. Why isn’t Face ID enabled? The “remember me” function doesn’t work either- very irritating.
