That's simply not truth. The application allows to write, compile and run your own programs. And it works well for most of users!
Editor with syntax highlight
I use it only as text editor with syntax highlight.. Works great, wish it would have an ftp capabilities and user defined highlighting.

Decent, but charges per compile
Why make a free to try app then hide any important testing things behind IAP? At least start the user out with a couple. That's a terrible practice. Either make it a few dollars up front or give a tester something to work with.

Judging from the GUI, it seems like an amazing learning tool but couldn't experience it as i have to pay real money every time i want to compile my code, like i cant tell how the app operates..... Seriously who does that lol i'll just use my laptop. Uninstall...

Limit of compilations per day
I thought this would be a good tool to learn SQL. I started creating and populating tables (with many trials and errors) and then I suddenly got an error message indicating I had reached my limit of compilations for the day. What's that all about??

There is no low limit of compilations per day anymore.
