The studio is absolutely beautiful, bright and thoughtfully decorated with all the best props and equipment. Elena the owner is absolutely fantastic she is so knowledgeable and motivating; she will push you past what you thought were your limits and make you stronger than you ever thought possible! All of the instructors here are trained by her personally, the classes are challenging yet accessible and no matter who’s class you take you will leave feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished!
