Worst app I’ve ever used
This is the wordt app I’ve ever used, I have no idea why our league switched from TS to this! Nothing loads, it’s so confusing, horrible to navigate , just horrible
Does the job
I like that I can see both of my kids on the home screen and their next games in one list. If I need to say if they are coming I can do that too. We got the upgraded calendar sync and now all the games and practices are in our family gmail calendar. I liked that their new teams automatically showed up in the calendar, I didn’t have to do anything.
It’s not the most flashy app and sometimes takes a while to load, but I think it’s when cell signal is weak because other times it loads fast. It took a little to get used to it but now that I have I find it easy to use.

Boarderline unusable
Our league is powered by squad fusion, so all game times will automatically sync, but the squad fusion desktop and mobile software is so flakey that we’re electing to manually port all games into TeamSnap and use that.
In squad fusion I can enter new events in the desktop app, but it doesn’t display unless I view on mobile. Thus you basically have to do everything on mobile. On mobile it takes 30 seconds to update any one event, which is very frustrating.
We paid the $10 for the upgraded calendar sync (credit card was charged) and when I try and sync it sends me back to the payment page. I tried basic calendar sync and it works once, but when I edit an event and resync the calendar doesn’t sync.
After trying to make it workable for over an hour (and I’m relatively tech savvy), I’m giving up and moving to Team Snap, which I know will work on desktop, mobile, and calendar sync.

Bad Registration
I downloaded the App and I couldn't even register, it asks me for the name of the Organization, and it won't let me go past that step, I put the name of the team, the name of the company, and many more and it never let me register you
Frustrating
When I go to log in. It keeps crashing.
Nothing is easy
All I want to now is when my kids practice and game times are. Well even that is hard to find. And when you click around looking for it and you find yourself in the page we’re there’s a summary of the organization, there’s no option to leave it and get back to the schedule!
