Good app
Hey this is a good app but since if your u10, 11s or 12s you can’t see the scores and I would like to see the scores, this is a great app but I really want to see the ladder and scores

Hey guys, this is truly one of the worst UX I’ve ever used and I use this app a lot. I’m a senior dev specialising in app development and part own my own company - Can I pls help and push some PR’s you can discard if you want but we could make this app so so good
Most frustrating app
Tried to register for a competition, I must select a parent/guardian to proceed, but the selection list is empty despite a parent had been added earlier. There is a ‘add a parent’ link below the selection, click to add details, but the app still requires you to select a parent from the empty list. You need to do some tests before releasing an app.

Unable to login and and broken app
One of the worst app for parents and coaches to manage a team. I was assigned a role by our team and provided with username and password. When you try to login with the provided credentials. It advises to use Parent email. When you try to login with parent email it advises invalid email a password. So username has my email address but I cannot login using my email. Spend 3 hours on it. Zero support available the club is also clueless. Pathetic, confusing and zero user friendliness. Hope the message gets across to the club and to the app developer. YOU HAVE MASSIVE BUG IN YOUR SYSTEM. Fix it or shut it down

Just awful
Quite possibly the worst app but unfortunately forced to used it. Not intuitive, looks like it has been designed by a developer, and the performance on a 5G connection is terrible. Always saying I’m not connected to the internet when I am. Very frustrating on match days.
Amazing app
I get to check my team ladder and look at all the scores of the other games. It’s super helpful for me to know how well we are doing halfway through the season.

So unintuitive you have to question whether anybody working on the app uses it in real life
Data crossover
Data entered for my son playing sport has been crossed over. I can’t update parent details because I have loaded my email for his contact.
Unfortunately there wasn’t a zero star option so I had to give them 1

Problem with adding team
Have multiple troubles with adding a team. Just doesn’t take me to 3 different pages with no option to type and search. The app is unusable.

It is 2026, spend some damn money on making the app user friendly.

Absolutely Useless App
Would have to be the worst app I’ve used! Our soccer team uses it so I’m forced to use it
Has outdated information that should have been deleted years ago
Cannot navigate to my team basically it’s a waste of space on my phone
Needs a complete overhaul preferably with someone that actually knows what they are doing
Would not recommend in its current form! Also consider a change of name as it sounds like something a toddler would call it

Not intuitive and lacking basic functionality
The app just isn’t intuitive. It’s difficult to navigate, and even simple tasks feel unnecessarily complicated. The layout doesn’t make it easy to find what you’re looking for, which makes the overall experience frustrating.
What’s most disappointing is that for 3 years I’ve been trying to edit my child’s photo, and as a user, there’s no way to do it. I even found troubleshooting information online that says to contact the club admin—but apparently the admin can’t edit it either. Being able to update or change a photo seems like a very basic feature, and it’s frustrating that the app doesn’t support something so simple. Overall, it needs significant improvements in usability and basic functionality.

Resolved the issue I had with the app quickly.
Not user friendly
This is a confusing and hard to use app. It is even more difficult to navigate if you have multiple profiles to change between.

Everytime i go in the app it logs me out and i have to resign in.
Worst app ever
Keep getting error messages and can’t progress. Very frustrating and have spent far too much of my time trying to rectify. I give up!
