I’ve gone through countless translation apps over the years as someone living in a non-English-speaking country, and I can confidently say this one covers everything I’ve ever wanted.
The word-by-word breakdowns are super helpful, and for those who struggle with conjugations like me, quick-reference sheets are available for every verb, showing all forms of the verb and how to use them.
For phrases, turns of speech, jokes, or anything else that requires some understanding outside of what can be gathered from the literal translation, the ChatGPT feature is also incredibly handy for context-awareness, or even for follow up questions.
I can’t recommend this app enough and was more than happy to pay for the lifetime license.
Also, shoutout to the incredible developer, who was more than helpful in responding and implementing feedback!

Frequent Re-Download of Language Pack Required
I really liked the concept of this App and so I paid for the lifetime pro subscription. I would give it 5 stars, but my experience after a few weeks is that it is necessary to regularly re-download the language pack for translation, sometimes on a daily basis, and sometimes multiple times on the same day. It currently works much more smoothly on a laptop than an iphone.

Thank you for your reply. I tested this behavior, and it appears that when an iPhone is low on available system storage, iOS may automatically purge certain downloaded files to free up space. Language packs seem to be among the files that can be removed. Could you please check how much free storage is available on your device? Are you usually close to running out of space? If your iPhone has plenty of available storage, the language packs should generally remain downloaded. Thanks again for reaching out. I hope this helps.
