New update wiped my previous purchase

I purchased the option for no ads, and after the update, the ads returned. I looked to find the previous purchase but I cannot find it, and when I reach out to support, it takes me to a website that has no way to contact the app team.

Extremely disappointed and I don’t recommend this game, they basically took money from me.
