Bought a pack today and paid to get rid of apps. Don’t know f it’s me but can’t seem to find packages I bought or work that I saved previously. In fact I can’t seem to access anything when I open this app everything stays greyed out?

Problems!

I am very impressed with the choice of frames your app provides, but also very annoyed that, having paid for no adverts, I continue to be bombarded with them every few seconds!
I hope this can be satisfactory resolved...but fail to see what more I can do!
