Can’t redownload
Says not available in US stores. I bought the toy in the US and kids were playing with it last week. Had to redownload on one of the iPads but now it won’t let me
No response from support
My son used to love this game. We have been unable to open it for over a month now. I have emailed support a half dozen times and no response. Very poor customer service 😔
Greedy greedy greedy
Without warning, this company disabled all their apps that the play set works with overnight. Now you can only download this one main app and then pay for each app that used to be free. The apps my kids are used to playing already. My kids love that part. I already paid a ton for the play set which is worthless now unless I pay for all the apps again. The sheer greed is absolutely unacceptable. This seems illegal. Don’t waste your time on this horrible greedy company.

Doesn’t appear to have any tech support, app loads, but only plays one game over and over. We have play set which doesn’t appear to work either. Attempting to look up info or help section doesn’t work S there isn’t a web link anywhere! When trying to sign up for help and more games doesn’t work! Don’t waste your time, money or energy! Very disappointed!

Ive tried resetting, check for upgrades and I chose a player all it does it shows the panda on swing with gecko. I tried searching for help. The other apps work fine on Apple iPad latest generation.

Would be better if it worked
From what I can tell it looks like it would be a great app... BUT, the app crashes before one page is read! Very frustrating for me and my 4 year old.. Thankfully she has more forgiveness than me, she just keeps trying over and over again despite me telling her to play another game. Please fix!! 2 stars for the graphics only, I can’t play it long enough to rate the app fairly

App Crashes
Tried the app on 3 different IPhone’s 2 are 12’s and 1 is a 8. All 3 do the same thing, boots to a gray screen then shuts down!
App doesn’t work
I have the most updated iPhone and the app won’t even stay open. It opens to a gray screen and closes down. What a waste.
Love the new update
WOW WOW WOW. The new update looks amazing! With new mini games, graphics, and everything it’s so exciting to see and play.
Lots of fun with letter learning
I’ve been using this app for 3 months now. My 8 year old enjoys playing the games, and his letter sound confidence has grown tremendously because of it. He has been more willing to read aloud in class because of his new confidence. But its the 3 year old who asks to play! He knows to follow the star, and try the letters that come up in each game. He can name all 26 now, and almost half of the sounds he can recognize. The playset is a huge hit with him as well.

My 4 Year Old Loves It
My son loves it and it is better than other options with annoying music or non-educational games. I have not had the crash issues. He’s used it for about a year now and is really liking the latest update!
Great learn to read application
My son loves playing all the games. He’s truly benefited from them and has started to read three letter words with ease. He’s also very into building out his home and garden with items he earn. He loves being able to pick the game and keeps returning to play them.
