I love the simplicity of the visuals in this game, as well as the challenge it provides. I use it to “wake up my brain“ each day. I know this isn’t the most recent version, but I prefer it over squares2.
I would love, as others mentioned, an option to disable the sound. Even more, I would love to be able to choose my rewards. When I lose my rewards on a wallpaper that has very little function, it is disappointing. It is helpful to me to have more color palettes, as I have some visual and light sensitivity. Certain color combinations are more soothing to the eyes. The only color option I can currently use is the one with the black background. The other background colors are visually disorienting.
I hope you will consider updating this game. Thank you for creating it.

Almost perfect
Love playing this game and listening to podcasts to wind down at night but the sound issue has never changed in the past 4 years of playing it. Please add the option to turn the sound off so I don’t have to hear the SFX in the middle of my music/podcasts.

the pop-up ads for other games drive me nuts. I'd gladly pay to get rid of them, but it doesn't offer that. Often I just shut down the app. One of these times, I bet you, I'm gonna delete it altogether.

Fun, but needs an update
This game is super fun, I really enjoy it, but whenever I try to get a new color, blocks, or wallpaper, it gives me an error message and crashes and also takes my gems. Which I don't really care about but I would like to get some new colors, blocks, and wallpapers.
Free, fun, frustrating, fabulous
Squares appears to be a simple game. You must arrange three of the same colored squares touching each other within a larger box. The points rack up and the goal is to beat your best score. It's much more logical and strategic than it appears. And it's a whole lot of fun and I feel like I'm actually using my brain VS just drifting off as several other apps tend to do. Get this app!! It'll become a fave, for sure.

Good but there's a problem :/
I've played the game for a while and nothing as wrong with it but now when I try to purchase something from the store (wallpapers, blocks, and colors) a box appears and basically tells me the action can't be done so I close the app and I lose the diamonds but I don't get anything from the store 😐🙄 not sure if I'm the only one but please fix it, I'm leaving my rating one star till it's fixed.

the game is really fun! the only problem is that when you unlock all the skins in a certain category (wallpaper, colour, shapes) the randomize button stops working so you can't unlock the rest, but it'll still take diamonds. still really fun to play though
Fun Game
This is a fun game and I've found it to be pretty addictive. Would rate 5 stars but it needs some option controls. There is no way to turn the sound down or off in-game. You have to actually turn the sound of your phone off to stop the game from making noise. This is inconvenient.
