Continually crashes during render

Surprised Squarespace would release such a buggy product. I’ve reinstalled twice, app keeps crashing during rendering.

Increased sales

I started playing with this program and couldn’t stop! My first video clip brought in 20 customers - all said they saw it on instagram.

Try this program, it will increase sales!

This is just in time for me to add a shop to my site! I had another video app that I had been using, but as soon as I saw the preview for this studio on my Squarespace dash, it was an easy decision

WOW

Sometimes just owning a business and listing items can be a lot on its own. Now there’s also stories and posts and reels to keep up on. It can be a lot! This app made it super easy for me to re-engage in my content 💖💖

App Glitches

This app on the iPad has limited editing capabilities and that’s not conducive for a person who edits on the go. I literally have to pull my laptop out to make any real changes.

Unusable on iPad

The screen formats to a phone size, and when trying to log in, the keyboard will not display anything other than letters. No numbers, special characters, enter keys, etc. making it impossible to log in accurately. When this is optimized for iPad, it seems like it will be a good app, but I didn’t make it past log in.

Note: I do not own an iPhone so looking forward to the day it is released for Android.

App has issues

My previously edited and completed videos were not saved in the app and now they are gone; I don’t know what happened to them. When attempting to access the app to post what I had previously created, I was forced to login over & over and thats when I discovered that none of my videos were there.

I may just delete this app and do something else. Im extremely aggravated.

Has potential

The app is pretty easy to use. If it would let me download my work, it would be perfect. Every time I try to save to camera roll or files, it closes the screen but doesn’t save it.

Crashes when saving to camera roll

Was excited about this, but it does not save to Camera roll. It just crashes and closes.

Offline?

The app keeps telling me I am offline. I want to give this app a chance, but so far its been disappointing.

I LOVE this app!! ✨✨ Some Changes Needed, But Overall Great!

Really wonderful design and love how you can plug in videos and voice overs! One bug I’d like addressing: I went to download a second video to my phone and it keeps on crashing right before the download. I was able to download the first video I made, but for some reason it crashed for the second. I knew there would be bumps along the way with this being a new app and I’m sure it will get fixed quickly. Another thing I’d love as a Squarespace user is integration with the web version - so that if you make a video on your phone you’re able to pop it into the page you want it to go on via desktop. This saves a bunch of storage for me and I’d love if it were cloud-based so I could access it anywhere, not just on my phone. It’s probably something that they’ll come out with in the future and I’ll be looking forward to that. Overall amazing quality as always, love Squarespace!
