About

Solo squash training. Your court time, your plan. SquashForge is built for squash players who want to train on their own. No partner needed: organize hitting drills, practice Ghosting footwork, and follow a structured session with timers and spoken cues. Start with a built-in solo training plan or build your own around the skills you want to practice. Set your work and rest, choose when to finish, and keep a record of each session. Everything works offline on your iPhone. PLAN YOUR SOLO SESSION Create reusable training plans. Add drills, arrange their order, and set work, sets, and rest. Choose a target finish time to fit your session into the time available. FIND YOUR NEXT SOLO DRILL Browse squash drills with instructions and practical cues. Search and filter the library, or create your own drills to match your training routine. FOLLOW A CLEAR TRAINING TIMER Move through preparation, work, and rest with a large countdown and spoken training cues. Pause, resume, skip, or end a session when you need to. Landscape mode makes the training display easy to use beside the court. PRACTICE GHOSTING FOOTWORK Use six-point Ghosting or choose two points for focused footwork. Set the step interval and follow direction cues for your selected routine. KEEP YOUR TRAINING HISTORY Review completed and ended-early sessions. Saved training records keep their own details, even when you later change a plan. OFFLINE BY DESIGN No account, ads, or analytics SDK. Plans, drills, sessions, and records stay in the app on your device. Supports English, Simplified Chinese, and light and dark appearances.
