About

Squigglepig is a free multiplayer party game: drawing telephone for your phone. One player writes a prompt, the next draws it, the next guesses what the drawing is, the next draws that guess, and so on around the table. When every chain has passed through everyone, the whole mess is revealed one step at a time and scored against the prompt it started from. The faithful saves earn points. The spectacular wrecks earn the laughs. HOW IT WORKS • One player taps Create Game and shares the 4-letter room code. • Everyone else taps Join Game and types it in. No accounts, no sign-up. • Fill the trough: everyone drops in a few short, drawable prompts. • Each round you draw a prompt you're handed, then guess someone else's drawing. Your guess becomes the next player's thing to draw. • The reveal walks each chain step by step. Whoever wrote the original prompt judges every drawing and guess against it. Each match earns its maker a point. • First to the target score wins. WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT • Everyone plays on their own device. No passing a single phone around, no paper, no pens. • Real-time rooms keep the whole group in sync, with a countdown that keeps the game moving. • A proper drawing canvas with zoom and pan for the fine details (or the not-so-fine ones). • Works in portrait or landscape, on iPhone and iPad. • Dark mode, high contrast and reduce motion. • Rejoin automatically if a call interrupts you mid-squiggle. • Free. No ads, no purchases, no account. PERFECT FOR Game nights, parties, family gatherings, road trips, long waits, and any group of three or more people who want to find out who really can't draw a giraffe. Needs at least 3 players, each on their own device with an internet connection. Friends without the app can join from a web browser at play.squigglepig.app. Rooms are private: only people with your code can join. Report inappropriate content to alan@ralanwilliams.com. Draw squiggles. Get giggles.

What's New in Squigglepig

2.8.1

November 4, 2026

Lots has changed since the last update. Here's what's new: STAY IN YOUR ROOM • Closing the app or locking your phone no longer takes you out of your room. You show as away, and opening Squigglepig takes you straight back into the game. Tap Leave game when you're done. • If everyone closes the app mid-game, the game waits, and the first player back picks it up where it left off. • Games in progress are closed to new players, and rooms close after 10 minutes with nothing happening. • Room notifications: find out when someone joins or leaves your lobby, and when the game starts or it's your turn while you're away. Turn them off in the menu. • Blank drawings now cost a point, and an empty turn never breaks a chain. PLAY SOLO • A new arcade of quick solo games, played in runs of 10 rounds: Trivia, Draw from memory, Truffle Hunter and Pigpen. Win rounds in a row to climb toward common, rare and premium rewards, and choose whether to bank a prize or risk it. • Every run starts with 2 spare lives. • Truffle Hunter's endless hunt for younger players: no clock, a difficulty slider, a play-time limit set by a grown-up, and a padlock that works with Guided Access. REWARDS • Win brush colors, sticker packs, themes, outfits and speech bubbles, never bought. • Draw in color and stamp stickers on your drawings. • Dress your pig. When you win, everyone in the room sees it on the scoreboard. • New themes to win: Railroad, Paul, Bobby, Lukas, Chris and Ash. Lukas and Chris change looks between day and night. SEASONS AND MORE • Seasonal themes for New Year, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, the 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and more, plus birthdays. • A sound on/off switch beside the dark-mode toggle. • A new app icon and splash screen, and credits for the friends who built the original Squigglepig with me.
