No support whatsoever
This is terrible. There is no support whatsoever, no way to reset your password and no way to contact anyone.
Terrible app
Terrible app. Does not even have a “forgot my password” link. How am I even supposed to get in now?
Garbage
Downloaded the app since one of the banks I have says they use this… the app won’t log me in, and there’s no help function. Also, the formatting reminds me of the internet circa 2002. This app is garbage!
Great concept BUT needs work
In today’s technology, this app is considered antiquated. It’s understood it’s a third party app but, the process of the deposits should be made immediately like other financial institutions.
Great utility. Terrible execution.
This app is great and convenient when it actually works. When I first tried it, it would constantly crash when taking a picture of a check. The stability is better now, but I constantly get “poor image quality” and I have to take another picture. The imagine quality is great though. Everything is legible with no distortion of the check. So why it doesn’t let me submit and why my bank even uses this app is beyond me.

Awful
Keeps shutting down everytime I select make a new deposit. This is honestly the worst app.
Needs a lot of updating
This app is super frustrating. I was really hoping this would be a seamless process. Keeps kicking me out every time I click on make a deposit. What’s the point of this app if it’s not going to work for the purpose it’s meant to do? The fact that the bank I use has to go through this is annoying since obviously it’s not being updated regularly.

It freezes. It won't take a picture. Did anyone do QA on this piece of software?
IOS version doesn't work
Won't take useable pictures of the check and then throws you out of the app. It's never worked for me.
