Cannot Complete Order
Both the website and app provide an error when trying to pay. I’ve had to call the restaurant the pat two times.
Clunky and not giving me credit for orders
The payment process is very clunky and inefficient. The system doesn’t send you a confirmation email. And it hasn’t given me credit for any of my orders over the last 2 months. I have probably ordered from Squisito’s five times in the last 2 months and none of them show up in my account so I am not getting any rewards points. The app needs to be fixed!

Clunky App
Menu selection is good, but payment page is awkward, takes you to a web page, that renders very small on a phone. Should have a much better GUI. Orders placed from the app do not register in my account. Very frustrating.
Terrible app implementation
App still not functioning. Order menu only shows appetizers and NOTHING ELSE and doesn’t allow browsing of other menu items. App still incredibly slow. Competitors’ apps do not have this problem. App should be pulled until it’s fully functional.
Terrible app implementation for iPhone. Slow, freezes, cannot access online menu. Had to give up on online and use phone. Take it off line and fix it!!!
