We are getting more reviews in our office!
We weren’t so sure about the need of using an app for the review tool, but it’s made it so simple to pick patients we know will leave good feedback!
Unable to log in
Correct password being used. I can log in to desktop. Haven’t been able to log in for the past month.
How is this even open to the public yet?
I have this in our dental office. We even had to buy an iPad because we are Samsung people. App crashes after I send every single review. So many bugs to sort out with this app still.... also it shows current/future appointments instead of past appts....why would I want to send a review to someone who isn’t even in our office yet? Once all of this is fixed, it will be a great product. Price is high for the problems.

Badly thought out and doesn’t work
So you can send review invites to all the patients scheduled for 3 days in the future. Why would I want to send review invites to patients who have not seen the doctor yet? I would love to be able to go back farther than 1 day in past too!
I don’t want to send review invites to my brand new patients but this app doesn’t pull in the appointment type.
Every yelp review left by invited patients has been “not recommended” by yelp. I think yelp learned the referring web address or something and it now not allowing them since they are solicited reviews.
Lastly the app is completely unusable since 8/6/18. After I login it tries to get the schedule and cannot. I get an error “Error unable to get provider list”. Sent email to support on 8/7/18 and it is now 8/20/18 and I called them and on phone with Chis H and he says he has no record of my email! I want a credit for August. Would like to cancel but doctor doesn’t want to.

Good, but a little glitchy
This app is great for being able to go back a day and send review invites to previous days (apparently it’s too hard to for them to allow us to do this on the computer).
When I enter a patients cell number though, it always flags it as an un-textable number, always... please fix this!
Otherwise, very useful.
