Worst delivery app ever
One of the worst delivery apps I’ve ever used in any country. Prices are 40% higher than dining at the restaurant and customer support is nonexistent. I would never advise paying in advance for food, always opt to pay in cash and expect all deliveries to take 1-1.5 hours

The best food ordering app I have ever used. Its simple, reliable, efficient and easy to use.
There are so many restaurants and varieties available.
Hope they expand it to other cities.

Too expensive on the app
Everything on the app is way over priced. 35% - 40% more expensive than the actual price in the restaurant. Makes me not to order from this.
Once I spoke to one one of the restaurants and they said the restaurant also have to pay a big commission to sri delivery.

Much slower delivery than advertised
Great to have a food delivery service in Sri Lanka south coast but food delivery time still very slow and no way to give feedback. Delivery time states 45 minutes but still waiting over 1 hour 45 minutes for delivery.
