Could Use Some Tweaks
Love the ability to move funds between accounts and create notes to remind you of why the transaction occurred.
It would be very helpful to add a memo line to the mobile deposit function. Since you aren’t able to see a photo of the deposited document, the ability to write a word or two to remind you of what it was would help a lot.

Easy to use
Website is easy to use and easy to find what I’m looking for.
Mobile app needs improvement
With perfectly printed checks, the app is unable to find the MICR code numbers even after up to 5 tries. If complains and refuses to accept checks with perfectly straight edges on a solid contrasting color background. I can process checks much faster with Provident’s app
Mobile deposit is awesome
The app is easy to use but nothing special about it. The cool feature is the mobile deposit, no more trip to the bank to deposit a check. You can do it right from your phone in less than 2 minutes. Loving it.
