I don’t know. After months buying the product, the app doesn’t work properly. I don’t know if you guys are always monitoring the app or not. Otherwise, your sales surely will be lower after this review IF you don’t improve anytime soon.

The SD card videos can play normally, but the app cannot download them.

Unable to playback
Hopefully developer can update this issue ASAP, it’s very important for this function as currently I had to check back what happened yesterday but just found out UNABLE to playback!

I tried setting up so many different kind of password and all it could tell me is "It's email password. Please use bla bla bla". I COMBINED EVERYTHING ALREADY.
Can’t create an account
Bought the Camera downloaded the app and it won’t even let me create an account no matter which way I try.
No records
Used it for a year and it always had video recordings, but after a few months without checking, something happened and I needed to review the footage, turns out there were no recordings at all!!! Restart and still no records!

De lo peor , no la recomiendo si pudiera darle menos 5 estrellas pagaría por ello imagen borrosas y te cobran por todo 1000 pesos Mx por semana es un robo ,iPhone debería analizar qué aplicaciones acepta por cobrar ya que la gran mayoría son una estafa y una basura

Grabacion mala
Cuando graba los videos en automático se traban demasiado es decir graba 5 segundos y de ahí se brinca a los 20 segundos dejando los 15 segundos sin grabar Comi puedo solucionar esto ?pasa en todas las cámaras que tengo, aclaro la velocidad y el internet están perfectamente bien y con potencia a los dispositivos

With the new update I can’t go back to videos previously recorded it just kicks me out

The software lacks essential playback features such as 2x/3x speed and the ability to skip forward by 10 or 20 seconds. This makes reviewing footage and locating specific events unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating

ลงชื่อเข้าใช้ครั้งแรกด้วย Apple ID ได้ผิดพลาดลบอุปกรณ์ไปพอจะเพิ่มอุปกรณ์ใหม่อีกครั้งก็เข้าไม่ได้อีก ขึ้นว่ารหัสผ่านผิด หาผู้รู้สอนวิธีแก้ปัญหาในYouTube google ก็ไม่มีเลย กล้อง4ตัว Xvr หนึ่งเครื่อง ทำงานเก็บเงินซื้อด้วยน้ำพักน้ำแรง หวังจะช่วยรักษาความปลอดภัยให้กับบ้านและคนในครอบครัว อย่างน้อยก้ได้ออกไปทำงานด้วยความสบายใจ แต่รู้สึกเหมือนจะผิดหวัง ปัญหาเรื่องกล้องแล้วยังต้องมีปัญหากับคนในครอบครัวอีกถ้ายังหาทางแก้ไขไม่ได้คงจำไปจนตาย .

マークできなくなった
常時録画しているが、録画データをマーク（⭐︎マーク）出来なくなっている。また、以前はストレージが初期でSDになっていたが現在ではローカルになっており、いちいち変更する必要があり面倒。
