Not worth downloading
Just when we thought the app was back up and running, it’s down again! Come on Fall River, get it together!!! App is a waste of time yet again. Hope they figure it out faster than the 8 months it took last time it went down

Why
Why is it so hard for someone to do there job you make a app then for months its not working fix the problem .. An if you can’t find someone who can, this isn’t a difficult task give the community what they ask for, get us where we need to be.😈
Same error notification
I had been without a car for a month and bus has been so helpful but I can’t track the bus with this app, map’s helped but sometimes the map app doesn’t notify for other busses that has already passed me by! 😑🥴
The app has been down for a season now
Starting this year the tracker service stopped working with no communication on team’s end when it will be resumed. Useless app, 0/5 stars
Error 1004
Same error message even after updating and reinstalling checking WiFi when it worked it was great but now it’s just this error message for months
App doesn’t work anymore
It’s been forever since the app worked.. it used to work really well and was always up to date and now whenever you go on it displays a error message and you can’t do anything
Never works
It almost never works. Clearly no one pays attention to the app and keeps up with it. It hasn’t been loading for ages now saying I have a server error every time I’ve tried to use it. Supper disappointing because when it works it’s very helpful and easier to read than the online schedule.

I wrote an eloquent review about a year about; it’s magically disappeared. Here I am to write an update review: this app is still utter garbage. SRTA should demand their money back from whatever hack developer swindled them. Current main reason for the harsh rating? Error -1200. It’s not the user; definitely the service.

I click on it and see nothing and I have full bars.

Don't bother
The app is constantly glitching and sometimes buses that are on the way don't even show up on the map. Save yourself the hassle and use Google Maps instead.
Keep getting same error -1200
It’s been over a month now and I’ve been getting the same error message on my phone I’ve updated my phone made sure the app is up to date and even shut off Wi-Fi. I’ve turned on and off the phone and cell network even my vpn has been turned off but still the same issue . When the app works it’s fantastic but due to this problem I’m giving it a one star until it’s resolved because it is unreliable.
