VRS won’t access on data
How can I call on VRS with someone at outside with data but any store or outside or restaurant or anything doesn’t have wifi please update

bon service, mais c’est BOURRÉ de bugs, tellement que ça raccroche dès la première sonnerie ou bien la caméra ne fonctionne pas, ou bien le microphone ne fonctionne pas etc.
j’ai beau savoir où ils sont, je les active mais RIEN ne fonctionne, pourtant mon cellulaire est neuf et de dernière génération !! même les mises à jour sont toujours faites!
pour moi, il doit y avoir encore des bugs dans votre appli…

Good app but…
Hey. I just used your app because I’m hard of hearing and unable to use phone calls. It’s good for accessibility but the video kept on freezing up

Le service cauchemardesque !
Impossible de joindre l’agent du SRV: ça raccroche à chaque fois que je compose et 2 - il aurait fallu désinstaller, réinstaller à chaque fois mais ça retombe comme des bugs. Je compose alors le 9050 mais ça raccroche au bout de 2 min. C est la pire service ici.. SRV Poubelle!
Not reliable
I have missed so many important phone calls because VRS doesn’t inform you when someone calls unless you are on the app sometimes they don’t show a missed call. The call would drop in the middle of a conversation and they would blame it on you. They need to take this app down and just redo the whole thing there is way too many glitches

VRS
This is the worse app. Not able to notify when caller is calling. Need to keep app open to enable the ring tone. The app is not integrate with the OS phone (similar to FaceTime). Also getting frequently crash during the call.
This app seemed ok.
I tried to dial numbers with ext but it said error.

I have more trouble with Canada vrs than American VRS. What’s up with that

Once you logout. You will never and ever login back.
I tried reset over and over again password and it accepted and approved but never work.
I have to give this one stars if they don’t this problem soon as possible.
I also try call them and contact them without SRV and no luck.

This app have several issues with multi touch and account login.

Canada SRV/VRS
This is wonderful tool for deaf communities in Canada to have!! Makes our phone calls much easier and equality access!!
It works
It works great. We just have to follow what it says and be patient. It said to wait 30minutes to wait. I logged in right away and said no account found. Waited 30 and no problem and got logged in
Not received email
I signed up 3 days ago and still haven't received an email to activate my account. Can you explain why this has not happened?
