استخدمت التطبيق لعدة خدمات في منزلي منها؛ التكيف ، الديكور، الاضاءه و الكهرباء و التصريف الصحي خلال فترة ٢٠٢٤-٢٠٢٦ و لمدة سنتين و كانت تجربتي معاهم ممتازه و سريعه الاستجابه و بأسعار معقوله عند المقارنه في السوق. و اهم شي اعادة التصليح مجاناً في حالة تكرار المشكله على ايدي عماله مختلفه.
Very bad experience
One of the worst service and assistance programs. The prices are very exaggerated, and the assistance team is unhelpful, impolite, and very slow.

Zero work ethics
Their guy ruined my newly painted wall with his greasy hands, ruined my floor by dropping the vent cover, ruined my gypsum ceiling then just left without fixing it. He had almost zero experience but lied and said he could. Once it was clear he couldn’t he just up and left without fixing the problem or
bringing in someone who actually can.
Their customer service did nothing. Sent no one. I Emailed their support line and zero response. The app has no option to delete my data with them. Pretty sure this violates App Store requirements.

انا لدي عطل بالمكيفات ولا يوجد له فني فقط مساعده للطريق للسيارات وعرض مرئي ومسموع للصحي
Bad service and app
I confirmed an appointment with a camera company and didn’t show up and contact them they said the man received the appointment and left without registration and no body from the app service followed up
Excellent for house holds services
Easy to use, exceptionally fast services, highly recommended.
