Extremely unreliable
Really bad design, use it not friendly , takes 30+min to load, when asking SRX for help they will only say no issue at their end always customer wrong !!! MMS are way more reliable and professional period
The old version was better.
The old version was 1000 times better in terms of ease of use for the delivery driver. This one is too complicated to get even signatures on. Way too many buttons have to be pressed to get to the window that the recipient has to sign compared to the one click sign on the original app. Fix that and the fact you can’t make the dates the same date and it would be decent.
