写真が送れずユーザー登録すら出来ない
写真が送れなくなり、スマホ側の問題もあるかも？とアプリを削除し新しくユーザー登録しようとしたら、パスワードを決めるタブがスマホで何も入力できない。ユーザー登録すらできない。なんとか入れられたと思ったらネットワークエラーと出る。
フレーム側写真受信不可
ios26に変更してから写真の送信は成功とでますが、受け取り側との連携が上手くできておらず、フレーム側の受信ができておりません。SDカードで対応してます。早急な対応をお願いします。
Works perfect out of the box
Not sure what the other reviewers are doing but this worked perfect.
Easy to delete photos on the frame with a tap
Connected to our wifi without a problem and we sent dozens of photos to it without issue
No subscription like the Frameo display we also have
However, when it loses power I want it to default back to the slide show. It defaults to the Home Screen.
Would like weather summary on slide show.
Add the app in the Send To option on iPhones. Frameo does this.
Not as fully featured as our Frameo.

Upload only from frame app
I want to be able to send photos from my photo app not just from the frame app. I have dealt with five different brands of frames and I’ve always been able to upload photos from my photo app not just the frame app. This is awful and I’m thinking of returning this item.

Frame stopped appearing in app
My frame stopped appearing in the app. I restarted the frame, turned the WiFi on and off, and checked for updates. Nothing works.

Too limited on options to upload
While it is a nice frame, You can only upload from the photos app on your phone. No option to upload from folders on iMac. Have to use sd card. Would rather have frame with remote control.

突然フォーマットが正しくないと出て写真が送れなくなりました。今までは2年間普通に使えたので改善してほしいです。
Crashes!
This app works fine, is fairly easy to use but it constantly reads that it can’t connect to the cloud frame network or the cloud network has stopped working on my photo frames. Very annoying and happens 3-5 times a day. Will never buy another frame that uses this app. Frameo is 10x better.
Instructions are poor and can’t control photos
Once you upload photos there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove them from the device from the app

The app does not recognise the frame code says it has expired? Could not get the device to connect to wifi! Very disappointed, as I had bought this as a gift.

写真を選択するときに、拡大から元に戻そうとして下に下げる癖があって最初から選択し直しになってしまうので、iPhone純正写真アプリのような仕様にしてほしいです。
また、他の人が送った写真がこのアプリから見られると被りなく送れるのでありがたいなと思いました。

Horrible app
I mistakenly ordered the wrong frame and have to deal with this app. Most frames you will see the pictures you’ve sent, and they will all show up in a folder. In this one you blindly send pictures and can’t delete, nor collaborate as a group. Horrible UI.
Fake
These reviews are fake. This is not a trustworthy app. It doesn’t work and the frame I was sold to go with it was a scam.
App features.
App is pretty stable. Uploads fine. My only suggestion for improvement is the ability to view/remove photos uploaded to the frame via the app. It is a bit of a hassle to have to sit there and delete photos from the frame. Most digital frames I’ve seen have the ability to review and remove photos from the app. Would be a nice feature to include in the future if possible.
