Can’t ever get past loading screen
I had to move away so the closest bank to me is an hour away. I mobile deposit my checks and worked firm the first few times then recently I’ve been having a lot of issues where when I log in I just sit at the loading screen forever… I havnt been able to deposit my check for 3 days and I’m living paycheck to paycheck… please fix this it makes it really hard when I need to check my account to make sure I’ll be okay to walk out with groceries or gas…

User friendly and great features!
The new app has improved my banking relationship with SSBT. The app is intuitive and offers a variety of features that the previous version did not include. I appreciate the community-feel that SSBT provides without lacking any new-age tech that big banks provide.

I have used other banks apps desktop and mobile. This one is easy to use to transfer money, bill pay and just to check a balance. Great Bank!

The new app is much better with a few exceptions
I really enjoyed the new app much better. There are a few minor bugs, for example, when you transfer funds, on the iPhone, it is difficult to see the accounts. But all things considered. It is a great improvement over the old application.

This app is not navigational friendly. I prefer the old app I liked it whenever I logged in I could see all of my accounts as soon as I logged in and the amount you basically have to go hunting for any information. Please fix the issue.
