Please fix this app
I’m begging you. How can I run my business without being able to mobile deposit? I’m not in the state of MD. There are no branches near me. The personal banking app has 4.8 stars. This one has 1.5 stars. Please figure it out or let us use the personal banking app.

This app is trying to be the worst banking app I’ve seen. Face ID keeps turning off.. Login is tedious and yet none of these issues in the personal application? I’m hoping the new bank owners will fix it.
I’m a new fan of Sandy Spring bank. The personal app is fine. But this app needs serious attention.
I have had to reinstall the app twice. Which did fix a Face ID issue so far but this app could be better.

Community Banks are better
All the features of the largest banks in one business app at half the cost.
Poor
Not user friendly at all, confusion with the Access Code, passcode with Company ID, ease of deposit is zero, can’t fund account, just frustrating 🤦♀️.
Business app is garbage
Just total trash. I mistakenly read the reviews for the personal banking app when I chose to open a business account with Sandy Spring. I do most of my banking via app, even for the business. I immediately sought another bank as soon as I tried using the app.

This app usually DOESN’T work.
Amateur!!
For a business bank, this absolutely amateur hour. No Face ID, have to memorize my digit codes, making a deposit is like the year 2000! You have got to be able to do better than this.
Password has to be reset every time you use it
So frustrating! Passwords never work each time I want to use it so I have to log onto my desktop computer to reset my password to use ebiz to deposit checks. I think it would be faster to go to the bank instead!
Doesn’t work
I had to download this in order to deposit checks into my business account. Very clunky. Try to do a mobile deposit and got an error message that I was putting in an invalid email address. Re-entered the email address five times. Change to a different email address. Same error message. Can’t make a deposit with this app. So basically would give it zero stars if I could.

Face Recognition ?
When will the app have the facial recognition feature so that we don’t need to memorize yet another complex password?
No longer connects to account
I’d downloaded the app and used it successfully a few months ago, but my recent attempt requires a new download. This usually means a hassle, and this was no exception. The app now asks for an “Access Code” which seems to be different than the Company ID and User ID codes we use successfully in the eBiz online portal every day. No combination of those has worked and the “lost password” retrieval function requires that access code. Of course there’s no after hours tech support so looks like I’m out of luck for now!

Not working
The personal app or business is not working for a couple days now and no notify has been sent to let clients know!
Never works
App always says error when you open it. Makes running a business really difficult when you can’t cash checks.
Not working
Not reliable, keep saying error and downloading updates, haven’t be able to open it since a year ago, can the developer create a new app for business? It’ll be the only solution to this one, otherwise we should take business somewhere else.

It hasn’t opened for almost a month. I keep getting an error message. Totally annoying.
Update bricks app
This is a great app but the update on 1/27/15 bricks the app. Please fix ASAP and I'll change this review. I have an iPhone 6+ with latest iOS version.
