Caption says This application make easily to manage you iPhone files, right? Well Wrong…It so complicated to transfer files. Device constantly saying it’s disconnected. Save yourself a headache. Don’t buy SSK drives.

Keeps telling me my WiFi password (which I’ve literally copied from my settings) is wrong and won’t connect.
The SSD itself is useless without the app.
If you’ve just bought one of their products do yourself a favor and return it now.

Seems to work okay
I wanted a server to be able to access my music collection from the car. I found the SSKCloud drive and app and so far,it seems pretty usable, unlike that I can leave the drive on my home network and access it remotely. It’s also nice that the app will let me do that and stream music—. BUT it only plays one song at a time!!! I know the mfg says that files in the MUSIC folder will play through but they don’t. Please guys, make that work? Until then I’ll likely bring the drive with me in the car and use another music player but this would be so much better if you let people play entire folders.

Not very good on iPad
The app is written for the iPhone, and not very good video streaming on the iPad due to the app being tiny on the iPad screen.
Dont buy products
I scanned the QR code on the instructions to setup one of the devices and it took me to a Japanese or Chinese website that had gambling ads and a TON of por* ads I was just like tf 🤨 and then I also plug it into my PC too and it said there was a problem with my security so I ended up fixing the security and updating it so wutever shady stuff was prevented (I hope). So yea point is only buy from trusted companies and not 3rd party byeeee

Doesn’t allow uploads from my iPad

Do not use to transfer photos
Absolute disaster, used the app to transfer photos from an SD card on a trip of a lifetime so I could keep plenty of space for more photos. App says transfer was successful and deletes the photos from card but it doesn’t actually transfer the photos.

Plays movie for about a minute then crashes.
Not great
Drive is poor - not easy to access. Often fails to (re)connect. For the App the Format drive functionality does not work. Nothing happens after entering the password.
Picture upload errors
This app does not work on any of my iPhones or iPads. I am unable to upload my pictures to the ssk drive using this app.
Love it
Function very well with my iPhone XS and with Sony a7 camera as a photo storage by link of USB.
Problems
The app is not user friendly for iPhone backup. Then the playback for most videos is not seamless and is interrupted frequently as it loads or buffers. Making movies unenjoyable. The hard drive is wonderful but the software needs much improvement.

File upload from any iPhones unreliable and slow
This app would have been useful but it is unreliable and buggy. It crashes often and the file upload does not work reliably. I have images sat in the upload queue I cannot even delete.
