App seems to always be refreshing, checked out titles are never up to date and default pick up location is never saved. Very frustrating!
Better, but needs help
Every couple of years StChas Lib rolls out a new app version; this version is better than recent attempts. Much more professional looking, and so far the network connectivity issues seem better. Suggestions: Please add a link for app support; currently all there is, is a “contact us” link, which just routes to the main lib website. Next, allow users to set search filters prior to searching the entire library collection so that the user can optimize his results. Finally, allow user preferences to be saved to the useraccount, example, saving a pickup location. Or, at least default to the last used options. Thx.
