Every time I log in or go to a different screen it always ask to rate the app. I am sick of having to always cancel it.

Account Access
Would like to have full access to all accounts including mortgage. Add a payee in the app not have to go to the website.
Inaccurate.
Is essential that a bank app shows your accurate balance

Lacking
It has basic features but lacks what you need for full time online banking
To st Jean’s Credit Union, I can never thank them enough
Best move I’ve ever made the tellers and managers are always ther for u , when I met Liz she always to answer any questions u might have , the whole, st jeans are there for they make feel that ur only one counts

I have been with St Jean’s for a long time and there is reason for that. I go to the Revere branch and everyone that works in that branch has been outstanding!!!performance

App isn’t working
Login doesn’t even work anymore. It just freezes.
Problems showing when you pay bills
Problem showing when you pay bills it doesn’t take out the money and leave you with the current balance it takes a long time easy to run out of money when you don’t know how much is really there after you pay something
Needs a lot if work
The app is not very functional as it doesn’t mimic the web version enough. Bill pay is horrible on both fronts as you have to schedule bills to be paid over a week ahead of time for some payees; the app and website do not line up in this way as you have more options on web version but app functions totally different. The old seaport system was more user friendly it seemed to work better and had more options. The current system frequently sends my bills too early and has incurred me overdrafts which were taken care of after calling, but still should not happen. St jeans is the oldest credit union in MA you shouldn't be using systems that are representative of that, the bank should be more mature in this manner.

Love the convenience
Since I no longer live as close to the bank as I used to, I love the convenience of depositing my checks electronically. I love this app! I love banking online! Glad they are keeping up with the advances in technology.
