App is horrible
The app ALWAYS says “an error has occurred, please try again later”… always update the app, sometimes I delete it off my phone and reinstall and it works for maybe a day. Bad enough the e-transfers take 30 minutes to get to recipient…
Can we please catch up to other banking systems?
App is always freezing and crashing. Takes multiple attempts to log in, even with Face ID on. Half the time I select an option I get an error message. Incredibly frustrating to utilize.
Great app. So convenient and easy to use
This app works great. I love my banking being available all hours of the day or night. It’s great.
Timing of etransfers
Etransfers from this credit union take upwards of an hour whereas east coast is almost instantaneous.
Worst banking app
The only thing that deserves a star is the reason that there is at least an app.
Buggy when trying to deposit an eTransfer, not updated, not saving settings, ads within the app despite I'm a paying customer...
