Cannot get the app to connect with Facebook to start a fundraiser. It states the Facebook login is unavailable for the app

Donations on the Facebook fundraising page do not link to my heroes site for some reason. I’m not being credited with donations correctly.
Should be easier
Should be able to post link to Instagram. Very clunky and not attractive on Facebook. Make this easier please
Aggravating
Put in my user name and password in the St. Jude website and they always work and open up my website Flawlessly, but when I try to do it in the app, it says username or password are incorrect over and over and over. I even use my apple passwords where it will work for the website but not for the app. Very frustrating.

Send out donation request
Every time I try to send out a donation request, either through email or messages, the app shuts down and I have to re-login.
I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app, but no change. Am I missing something?

Why constant sign in?
Very few apps require you to sign into your account every time you open the app. Usually, these are banking apps and they also allow you to sign in automatically with Face ID, or other means of automated login.
Very frustrating, because even though it allows the option to choose from my save passwords, it never auto recognizes my St. Jude password. I have to do a search through my passwords, and then it retrieves it.
