Face verification not working
Please solve this problem face verification
Save Yourself, Its not worth it
Let's be real. The only reason you would want to download this app is to pay on Sharetrip. But this app is horrendous. Save yourself some time and use something else.
First time when I tried, their OTP didn't work.
Second time OTP worked but KYC didn't work.
Third time KYC somewhat worked but it took pictures automatically, which came out blurry. So verification failed.
Fourth time it worked. I was able to add 10K from card. But I cannot add more without adding bank account. Fine. But they say they will take 3 working days to add bank account, while I need to pay for flight tickets now. Can you believe it? In 2025, they take 3 days to add bank account.
Most importantly, the app is horrible. This is type of project second year computer science students do for their mobile app course.

Broken app
The eKYC verification system is broken. The camera automatically takes photos before the ID can be placed in front of it properly. Same for the user selfie. It automatically captures a selfie before the user is ready and captures blurry or unrecognisable photos which ultimately leads to verification failure. Worst part is after the camera captures a unusable photo automatically there is no way to revert or undo the action. It auto submits it and you have to wait for the inevitable verification failure before you can attempt again. Overall it's a rushed a broken product deployed on top of the digital payments crazy every startup is jumping on.
