Satisfied with the Waste & recycle services, they do not leave extra garbage out after they empty the trash bins. Also when we call to pick up broken furnitures, they come & pick them up as promised. Thank you!

Your app used to be great, it no longer works, crashes, fails to send notifications and actually says there is trash pickup during a hurricane.
Easy to Use App
I personally like this app. I refer to it often, especially during holidays and after storms. It is easy to use.
No Address & No Help
It’d be a good app if they would just add my address. I’ve submitted feedback on multiple occasions and nothing. I’ve even called and they can’t help me. I ask for a schedule and they tell me to ‘check the app.’ I have to explain that my address isn’t available. They explain how to add it and I explain that it’s not in the app. The cycle repeats itself. The people working for the city are either ignorant, lazy, or both. Likely both.

Yes l like it…. But
I wish l did not have to call on the phone to say “my trash has been forgotten… again”. I made several of these calls in 2022.
So a few times it was “they are running late” but more often it was, give us your address and we will send someone.
May be it is because the house sat empty for too long and the drivers got used to a new pattern ?
Sorry to vent this here but since my numerous phone calls did not bring a change, l thought may be a manager will read this and revue the pick up pattern on 40th st N. Thank you.

As a new resident this app has helped us stay on top of our new santitation schedule. The push notifications are great too.
Helpful, but some old info
Easiest way for me to find out when trash and recycling will be picked up around the holidays. Simple but effective. Some info is outdated however, like the mobile collection dates are still showing events from 2019.

I find this app extremely useful. I have only used it for garbage and recycle pickup reminders. Especially helpful for finding the holiday schedule pick ups.

When I first moved to the area a few months ago I didn’t know a lick about the garbage and recycling schedules . I come from the Midwest and we only have trash and recycles once a week. This app def helps me stay right on track and learned the schedules very easily and quickly . It also helped me create a new chore chart for my children to help stay on track when to get trash or recyclables ready before the day of pick up. I love that you can enter in which item you’re trying to throw out if you’re not sure where it goes and they let you know if it’s either trash or recyclables or a different type of pick up where you have to call it in. I love the option for push notifications or texts as well because with a busy hectic schedule it’s easy to innocently forget. Very great and useful . Thank you so much!
