I’ve been to many butchers in my time but not one where each member is as kind, knowledgeable and patient as this fine team. They helped me find 7 thick end pork belly ribs, the thickest they could find. I smoked and cooked 52 pork ribs, which they took back shrink wrapped and froze for me. To be taken back the day before my 60th and barbecued.
Unbelievable comments from all of my guests, from “I thought I was going to hate it” too “I never tasted meat like that before”. On very big THANKYOU.

Great lunch with such friendly staff
I had lunch with my Mum today who is in a wheelchair. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff but particularly to Emily who was so helpful and understanding. The food was delicious and the device was brilliant. Thank you.
Coffee area and restaurant
Both my wife and I visit this Garden Centre on regular occasions also taking the opportunity to enjoy a meal in the restaurant and on other times just a tea, coffee and snack in the coffee area
We understand the tea and coffee area is also a dog friendly place but we are increasingly seeing owners of pets sharing food stuffs with the pets whilst having them sitting on the owners laps or chairs whilst the pets eats and drinks at the table
We feel that any pet or dog should remain on the floor, not take a seat or lap of its owner and most definitely not consume foodstuffs off the table
This habit is ever increasing in cafes and restaurants without thought for the general public and we feel that the owners of these pets or dogs need to be asked to place the animals on the floor together with their food and drink dishes
In conclusion, we have owned and like animals but there is a place for them without affecting the life of others who are like minded as ourselves. Both areas and the garden centre itself is a lovely place to visit. The food is excellent, the staff friendly and attentive and let’s keep in mind the hygiene and health side whilst consuming foodstuffs and drink

Fantastic garden centre
Brilliant offers and very helpful staff. We travel for thirty minutes to come here but it’s always worth it

Come here weekly to visit the fabulous restaurant BUT also can’t help buying things from the garden centre too whilst here ❤️

Arrived today to receive my lovely offer of a free birthday cake at the potting shed lounge was a lovely offer but very disappointed only one Gluten free cake and that was chocolate cake.. which wasn’t very nice as well…please think of us Gluten free people…

Visit to St Peter’s
I brought my elderly mum for a visit today and we had a lovely time. Great breakfast in the cafe and most enjoyable shopping experience. All staff were helpful and friendly and we loved the outdoor garden area.
The best ever afternoon tea.
We have just enjoyed the most amazing afternoon tea - we chose one savoury and one sweet option (thanks for the recommendation Lisa!) There was a great variety of food and it all tasted delicious. We couldn’t eat it all and so were given boxes to take the rest home with us!! We were looked after very well and would highly recommend them.

Exceptional fruit scones!
Melt in the mouth lovingly complimented with a variety of fruit jams and thick clotted cream. Served with pots of fresh strong tea. Thank you to the lovely lady Maxine who rectified our first round of tea!

We have just had the best Sunday lunch today at St Peter’s Garden Centre Worcester. It took me back years. All freshly cooked. Simply stunning. Thank you.
Miserable
Christmas cheer seems to have left customer service this morning!
Disappointed
Made purchases to the value of £75 on Thursday last . Asked at the cash desk to use £5 off voucher, cashier refused saying that she needed the paper voucher sent to me in the post only. I have never been sent any paper vouchers in spite having spent over £1000 at your shopping Centre during the past two years.

Lack of hoped-for functionality
I like using the phone to avoid the need of multiple loyalty and other cards. Unfortunately, in this app, the Add to Wallet function on Apple iPhone doesn’t work.
It is also disappointingly unable to interact with the iPhone like other apps do; it doesn’t offer to store login details in the keychain.
If these things are added, it will become a handy tool for me. If not, I’ll probably not bother with it. (2* awarded for the potential I see for this app, but it could be easily 4*.)

Useful but has a major bug.
Having vouchers on the app is really useful. Unfortunately, there appears no way to abort the food booking section without deleting the app and reinstalling it.
Birthday treat
Just would like to say the manager in The Potting Shed was so very very helpful today as were the other staff at the cafe counter. I had my Free cake email but nothing else. The manager sorted it out for me and we enjoyed our scones and tea. It was delicious. Thanks for making our morning special as my sister who was with me was not feeling too well
